A home by the seaside, Lootsi apartment is conveniently located for all ferry travellers – the walk to the nearest Terminal D is only 5 minutes, Terminals A & B are just a few more minutes down the street. Rotermanni area right on the way to the old town is a great place for family time, fine dining and shopping. Kadriorg Palace and park are perfect for outdoor fun and, just like Alexela Concert Hall, are located only 1.8 away from the apartment. Airport is 15 minute away by car and we can take care of your transfer ourselves for an extra charge.

Inside the apartment you’ll find yourself in a Scandinavian “hygge”, a word that stands for “a cosy, charming or special moment”. Bright and clear colors, natural materials, soft fabrics, lots of space, and, traditionally, a sauna. A double bed in the bedroom and a foldable sofa in the living room can altogether fit 4 people, plus we have an extra crib for your child. Living room has also a work desk and a flatscreen TV. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchenware and electronics. Bathroom has a bath and a shower, a washing machine and a toilet. There is a lot of storage space for you in the wardrobes. Apartment also has a balcony with outdoor furniture and an inside parking for your car. If you would like to rent a car, you can do that with us right at the location.
